Cremation packages

The following is a list of choices that represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment, or cremation.

Additional items that may be needed for any arrangements would be certified copies of the death certificate.

You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.

Graveside at Ft. Sam with 3 hours Visitation / Viewing at the funeral home the day before burial. The above package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; embalming; other preparation of the body; transportation of remains to the funeral home; hearse; use of equipment and personnel for a graveside; 3 hours public visitation the day before burial; 20 ga. steel sealer, crepe interior, model Q88 in Churchill Blue, Revere Silver, Roman (brown), Antique Gold or Misty Rose (pink). See our casket online for exterior and interior color. If you would like to choose a different casket, we would need to calculate the difference for you.

Includes 3 hours of visitation the day before burial, church or chapel service, embalming, open and closed grave with tent, chairs, and lowering device at any Medina County Area Cemetery. The above package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; embalming; other preparation of the body; transportation of remains to funeral home; hearse; funeral lead car (required for a procession – also carries the clergy and pall bearers); flower transportation (using one of our vehicles); use of equipment and personnel for church and graveside service includes 3 hours of public visitation day before service; register book; 50 of personalized acknowledgement cards (2 boxes with 25 cards per box); 100 prayer cards; open and close grave; and tent and equipment at any Medina County area Cemetery.

The following outer container is included: Concrete Grave Liner

Immediate Burial - Without a Service. The above package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; refrigeration for as many days as needed to schedule with the National Cemetery (or in a local cemetery to prepare the grave for burial); hearse to the cemetery; and transportation of remains to the funeral home.

 Additional cost to open and close the grave and other equipment will be needed for burial in a Castroville or Medina County area cemetery. Castroville or Medina County area cemeteries may require an outer container such as a concrete liner. The cost of death certificates and any other items needed should be considered.

Burial in Castroville area cemeteries may require a concrete liner, opening and closing of the grave, and other cemetery equipment. Please see general price list for these costs.
