Yolanda 'Taide' Alvizo Klesel, of San Antonio, passed away on July 4, 2023 at the age of 76. She was born October 19, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Joe Alvizo and Mary Garcia Alvizo.

Taide received her high school diploma from John Jay and attended Business College. She was a homemaker and raised her three children. She was an avid lottery player and loved spending time with her dear friends and going to Kickapoo.

Survivors include her children, Leo Klesel, Jr. (Sandi) of San Antonio, Judith Pena (Francisco) of San Antonio, and Diana Klesel of San Antonio; grandchildren, Frank 'Frankie' Pena (Ally), Matthew Pena (Nancy), Hailey Pena, Leo Klesel III (Regina), Stephanie Renee Klesel (Travis), and Eric Klesel; three great-grandchildren; father of her children, Leo H. Klesel Sr. of San Antonio; sisters, Rebecca Alvizo of Castroville, Mary Jo Reed of Castroville, and Jo Ann Cranshaw (David) of Pflugerville; and brother-in-law, Calvin Stewart of Sistersville, WV.

Taide was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Irene Stewart.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home with a Rosary and Prayer Service at 5:30 p.m. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
