William "Bill" Henry Bryant, of Castroville passed away December 28, 2024 at the age of 87. He was born July 5, 1937 in Newberry, Florida to William E. Bryant and Virginia Green Bryant.

Bill graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Business Management. On May 24, 1957, Bill entered the United States Navy and served for four years. In 1965, he married Celia Byrd. Bill worked for Morrison's Food Services and retired as Vice President. He loved to hunt and fish.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, William 'David' and Tracey Bryant of Castroville; grandchildren, Steven Bryant, Shelby Holland, Savanna Bozarth, Kaity Montalto, and Trevor Steinke; great-grandchildren, Atticus Holland, Lincoln Holland, Declan Steinke, and Conrad Montalto; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Sue Bryant of Ormond Beach, Florida; sister, Patricia Robinson; as well as numerous other relatives.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Celia Bryant; daughter, Lauri Bryant Steinke; and sister, Virginia McKernan.

Visitation will be Friday, January 10, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life at 5:30 p.m. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
