Titus James Smith, of San Antonio, passed away at his home on October 10, 2021 at the age of 36. He was born March 27, 1985 in Hahn, Germany, one of eight children of Schell Smith and Marcella Gomez Smith.

Titus grew up in a military family, frequently moving and seeing the world. He was a home-schooled high school graduate. His education continued at Sacramento State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement.

On January 21, 2009, he married Amy Nicole Nichols. Titus and Amy were blessed with twelve years of marriage.

Survivors include his wife, Amy Smith of San Antonio; children, Jaxon Smith, Jase Smith, Jessa Smith, Judah Smith, Jensen Smith, and Jasper Smith all of San Antonio; parents, Schell and Marcella Smith of Atascosa; siblings, Nathanael Smith, Isaac Smith, Alicia Smith, Lydia Smith, Anna Smith, Elisabeth Smith, and Sarah Smith.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by a Funeral Service for Titus at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at the Devine Christian Church, 1479 County Road 5710, Devine, Texas 78016. Interment will follow at the Lytle Community Cemetery in Lytle.

Memorials may be made in Titus' memory to the Devine Christian Church Building Fund or the charity of your choice.
