Russell "Rusty" Mark Blalack, of Castroville, passed away on June 20, 2020 at the age of 59. He was born September 10, 1960 in San Antonio, Texas.

Rusty was preceded in death by his mother and father, Maurice and Crawford Blalack. He is survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Judy Ann Blalack; his three daughters, Michelle Blalack-Barron, Kari Blalack, and Penny Blalack; his son-in-law, Alexander Barron; and his grandcat, Smudge.

Rusty spent his life changing skylines across the country and the lives of those around him. He was a spitfire and a force of nature, and he was always happiest on the beach with his beloved wife. His passing has left an echo in all of our lives, and he will be truly missed.
