Robert Paul Starr, of San Antonio, passed away on August 1, 2023 at the age of 55. He was born June 22, 1968 in Keokuk, Iowa to the David Leon Starr and Letha Lucille Davis Starr.

Survivors include his wife, Anna Starr of San Antonio; children, Robert 'Bobby' Starr II of San Antonio, Lisa Starr (Rickey Hendley) of Castroville, Rachel Starr (Albert Chavez) of Castroville, and Clarissa Starr (Roland Mascorro) of San Antonio; thirteen grandchildren; mother, Letha Starr of San Antonio; siblings, Tom Starr (Gina) of San Antonio, Mike Starr of San Antonio, Denise Brewer (Greg) of Florida, and Cheryl Blanco (Robert) of San Antonio.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, David L. Starr; and his brothers, David Starr and Daniel Starr.

Visitation will be Monday, August 7, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
