Robert Lee Meyer, of Atascosa, passed away on June 2, 2023 at the age of 80. He was born September 23, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Robert Fredrick Meyer and Rita M. Rabke Meyer.

Robert was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He was active in his parish and volunteered at many church activities including the ACTS Retreat, RCIA classes, and Catechism classes. Robert was a member of the Antique Auto Club and loved woodworking and cycling as well as numerous other activities.

Survivors include his children, Lisa Meyer of Atascosa, and Brent Meyer (Ginger) of Atascosa; grandchildren, Stephani Meyer Hinojosa, William Meyer (Emilia), John Maccarone, Kellie Meyer, and Karrah Meyer.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Robert F. and Rita Meyer.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home with the Holy Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 9, 2023 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church - Macdona. Interment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Macdona, Texas.
