Robbie Lynn Hughey Haby, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 15, 2025. She was born on May 11, 1951, in San Antonio, Texas, to Robert Hughey and Grace Crabb Hughey.

Raised in Helotes, Texas, Robbie attended John Marshall High School and Southwest Texas State University.

On January 6, 1973, Robbie married her beloved husband, Gary Alfred Haby, in Helotes, Texas. For many years, Robbie served as the director of United Methodist Preschool.

Robbie is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Grace Hughey; her in-laws, Milton and Florence Haby; her brother-in-law, Jeff Haby; and her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, John and Gayle Rohrbach.

She is survived by her loving husband, Gary A. Haby; and their children, Shannon Thompson, Michelle Sifuentes and her husband, Justin, Ryan Haby and his wife, Deidre, Cody Haby and his wife, Chelsea, and Cory Haby.

Robbie was a proud grandmother to Brittney Clay and her husband, Jacob, Krista and Kara Sifuentes, Ashlyn and Caleb Haby, and Liam and Adeline Haby, and in August, her first great-grandchild, Brynlee Clay.

Robbie is also survived by her sister, Jeffrea Butler and husband, Bill; brothers, Murry Hughey and his wife, Sissy and Clint Hughey; sister-in-law, Trudy Haby; brother-in-law, R.G. Weyel; nieces, Lana Weyel, Ashli Bossom and husband, Johnathan, Lynli Jones and husband, Eric, Brook Hughey, and Annika Blomster; and nephew, Robby Weyel and wife, Kelly—as well as numerous beloved great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home, with the Holy Rosary recited at 5:30 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025 at St. Louis Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery in Castroville, Texas.

Memorials may be made in Robbie's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the charity of your choice.
