Raul Paulino "Poppy" Moreno, of La Coste, passed away on January 30, 2021 at the age of 65 years. He was born March 22, 1955 in La Coste, Texas to Trinidad Moreno and Aurelia Lopez Moreno.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia Moreno; sons, Thomas Moreno (Andrea), Steve A. Moreno (Carmen); stepdaughters, Stephanie Don (Misty), Crystal Don; grandchildren, Rachel Don, Megan Lilliana Moreno, Madison Liana Garza, Julian Moreno, Nicholas Moreno, Laylah Moreno; brothers, Genaro Moreno (Odilia), Mario Moreno (Emily), Daniel Moreno; ex-wife, Olga Moreno.

Raul was preceded in death by his parents, Trinidad and Aurelia Moreno.

A Memorial Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church. Services will conclude at the church.
