Nancy Ann Noonan Billings of Castroville, passed away on July 29, 2022 at the age of 65. She was born January 16, 1957 in Hondo, Texas, one of eight children of Jerome Francis Noonan and Mary Sue Steele Noonan.

Nancy graduated from Medina Valley High School in 1975. She worked for the City of San Antonio for many years and then worked at South San ISD as an attendant data processor for over twenty years before retiring.

On March 13, 1982, Nancy married Bradley "Brad" Austin Vincent Billings. They were blessed with twenty-two years of marriage and two children at the time of Brad's passing on August 16, 2004.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Sabrina and Chris Alvarez of San Antonio and Gregory and Lynsey Billings of San Angelo; grandchildren, Ashley Botello, Nicholas Botello, Jacob Alvarez, Mckayla Alvarez, Conley Billings, and Palmer Billings; siblings, Mary Jo and Richard Cate of Castroville, James and Tracey Noonan of San Antonio, Diane Besfer of San Antonio, Tim and Mere Noonan of Castroville, Shawn and Kris Noonan of Castroville, and Cathy and Darren Marty of Castroville; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Brad Billings; and her brother, Kevin Noonan.

Visitation will be Monday, August 8, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home with the Holy Rosary recited at 5:30 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at St. Louis Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery in Castroville, Texas.

Memorials may be made in Nancy's memory to St. Louis Catholic School or any other fund at St. Louis Catholic Church.
