Nancy Lydia Haby Mangold of San Antonio, passed away on February 18, 2023 at the age of 83. She was born December 10, 1939 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Wilfred Joseph Haby and Melba Marie Vogt Haby.

In 1957, Nancy graduated from St. Louis High School. She then went to Draughon's Business School, earning an Associate's Degree before working civil service for a year and a half. On June 26, 1960, Nancy married Earl Louis Mangold, Jr. at St. Louis Catholic Church in Castroville. They were blessed with sixty-two years of marriage, three daughters and one son.

Survivors include her husband, Earl L. Mangold, Jr. of San Antonio; children and their spouses, Janet and Blane Haby of Castroville, Michael and Deanne Mangold of Castroville, Debbie and Clay Rosenbaum of Blanco, and Sherry and Trey Marsh of Devine; grandchildren, Brett Haby (Dana), Brad Haby (Erin), Brandon Haby (Allison), Derek Mangold, Morgan Mangold, Brooke McCollum (Erick), Cade Rosenbaum, Cole Rosenbaum, Coye Rosenbaum, Charlie Marsh, and Maddie Marsh; great-grandchildren, Tucker, Mason, Grayson, Connor, Easton, Logan, Dustin, and Spencer; sister, Gaynell Noddin of San Antonio; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; brother and sister-in-law, Wilfred and Ida Haby, Jr.; brother-in-law, Wayne Noddin.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home with the Holy Rosary recited at 5:30 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 24, 2023 at St. Louis Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery III in San Antonio, Texas.
