Mildred came into the world on November 14, 1922, the third daughter of 6 children born to Louis and Pauline Franger Mehr. Many will remember visits with her as she worked behind the counter at Haby's Bakery.
On November 16, 1942, Mildred married Sterley Jagge at St. Louis Church. They were greatly blessed with a lasting love and a lifetime of devotion, celebrating 71 years marriage before Sterley passed away in 2014.
She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grand-mother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend and will be so dearly missed.
