Marta Garcia Glueck, of Lytle, passed away on October 26, 2021 at the age of 87. She was born January 19, 1934 in Skidmore, Texas. She was the oldest of eleven children born to Jose Garcia and Gregoria Rendon Garcia.

On November 15, 1958, Marta married Josef Konrad Glueck in Hazel Park, Michigan. They were blessed with almost sixty-three years of marriage.

Survivors include her husband, Josef Glueck; children and their spouses, Marta Ottilie Glueck of Lytle, Michael and Barbara Glueck of Jenks, Oklahoma, and Ingrid and Manuel Maldonado of San Antonio; grandchildren, Ingrid Rodriguez, Christopher Glueck, Rose Maldonado, Michael Maldonado, and James Maldonado; great-granddaughter, Juliet Martinez.

Marta was preceded in death by her parents; as well as numerous brothers and sisters.

Visitation at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in La Coste will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2021. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. followed by The Mass of the Resurrection at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in La Coste. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Cemetery in La Coste, Texas.
