Leonard Solis, of Edinburg, passed away on September 19, 2021 in Edinburg, at the age of 67. He was born October 20, 1953, one of thirteen children of Jesus "Jessie" Soliz, Jr. and Elisa Rymers Soliz.

Survivors include his wife, Veronica Solis of Edinburg, daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Andy Valdez of Lytle; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Lesli Solis of Lytle; grandchildren, Andy Valdez, Jr., Samantha Valdez, Adrian Valdez, Danielle Solis, Lane Solis and Hailey Solis; several great grandchildren; siblings, Patricia Solis of Castroville, Catherine (Juan) Herrera Castroville, Anita (Joe) Phillipe of Ponca, Oklahoma, Betty Velasquez of San Antonio, Adela Weber of San Antonio, Gerry (Belia) Solis of Castroville, Randy Solis of Castroville and Robert Solis of San Antonio; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Santiago "Jimmy" Solis, Ernesto "Dick" Solis, Larry Solis and infant brother, Ernesto "Neto" Solis.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 27, 2021 at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery in Castroville, Texas. Interment will follow in St. Louis Catholic Cemetery.
