Jennifer Mendez of Castroville, passed away on March 26, 2023 at the age of 42. She was born December 3, 1980 in Fort Hood, Texas to Carlos Mendez and Irma Garza Mendez.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Flores of San Antonio; her parents, Carlos and Irma Mendez of Castroville; children, Alisia Curiel of San Antonio, Patrick Mendez of Castroville, and Julissa Flores of San Antonio; grandchild, Kai Villarreal; siblings, Carlos (Olivia) Mendez, Jr. of San Antonio and Joanne Mendez (Anastacio Curiel) of Hondo; paternal grandmother, Esperanza Mendez; and maternal grandmother, Alicia Garza.

Her family held a Private Visitation.
