Jeffrey Russell Ashmore, of Hondo passed away November 20, 2024 at the age of 57. He was born January 28, 1967 in San Antonio, Texas to Mary Odessa Grasham.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Ashmore of Hondo; daughter, Kimberly Ayala (Tyler Kennedy) of Castroville; and son, Russell Ashmore of Hondo; grandchildren, Aubrey Ayala, Ivy Jaimes, and Caden Ashmore; mother, Mary Grasham; brother, Rodney Ashmore (Sheri Owens); sisters, Mary Ashmore and Windy Flores.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his stepfather, Dewey Grasham, and his brother, Randall Scott Ashmore.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Nooner's Pavilion, 304 State Hwy 173 N, Hondo, Texas 78861.
