Genevieve Sandoval Murphy, of San Antonio, passed away on August 30, 2021 at the age of 88. She was born February 1, 1933 in San Antonio, Texas to Porfirio Sandoval and Delfina Cadena Sandoval.

Genevieve married Emmett Leonard Murphy at St. Joseph Catholic Church in San Antonio in 1953.

Survivors include her children, Michael Murphy (Brenda) of San Antonio, Kenneth Murphy (Terry) of San Antonio, Margaret Donohoe (Dennis) of Belton and Mary Peters (Jim) of La Coste; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brother, Moses Sandoval of San Antonio. Genevieve will be remembered for her love of God and family.

Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents, Porfirio and Delfina Sandoval; and her husband, Emmett L. Murphy.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Private Interment at Mission Burial Park South in San Antonio.
