Ester Martinez Botello, of Castroville, Texas, passed away November 24, 2025 at the age of 74. She was born December 22, 1950 in San Antonio, Texas, to Jesus R. Martinez and Disidora De Anda Martinez.

Survivors include her sons, Gabriel Botello, Jr., Xavier Adam Botello, Daniel Eric Botello, Jason Troy Botello, and Paul A. Espurvoa (Nicole); grandchildren, Anna M. Cook, Ashley B. Botello, Nicholas G. Botello, Ashton D. Botello, Matilyn M Hernandez, Timothy Espurvoa, William Espurvoa, and Noah Espurvoa; great-granddaughter, Ella P. Lowes; siblings, Mary Martinez, Manuel Martinez, Connie Huegele (Morgan), Jesse Martinez, and Lucy Martinez.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Teresa Martinez and Gloria Martinez Botello.

Visitation will be Monday, December 8, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home, with the Memorial Holy Rosary and Eulogy at 5:30 p.m. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
