Diane Foley, of San Antonio passed away March 1, 2025 at the age of 81. She was born November 24, 1943 in Stockport, England to parents, Sidney Large and Hannah Burke Large.

Living most of her life in Stockport, she was a proud hardworking factory worker. She was married to her loving husband, John Foley, until his death in 1979, with whom she had three wonderful children, Craig, Alan (deceased 1964) and Donna. Diane loved to travel to places such as Turkey, Spain, Greece, and Italy where she soaked up the sun, and she especially loved India!

In 2013, she moved to San Antonio, Texas to be closer to family where she created special everlasting memories. She enjoyed family get togethers, dancing, and chatting with a rum and coke in her hand!  She was first in line to attend all the great grandkids activities, such as soccer games, band concerts, and school events, so the children could hear her cheering them on!  Her great grandkids were the pride and joy of her life. She was the playdoh master, arts and crafts queen, and their biggest fan!

She is loved and dearly missed by her son, Craig Foley; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Mark Penberthy; grandchildren, Pippa Dozier (Matt), Christopher Egerton, Ruene Villalobos (Jorge), Joshua Foley, Shaney Foster, and Sydney Penberthy; and great-grandchildren, Atticus, Jonah, Xaria, Athens, Amara, and Phoenix.

A memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 3 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home.  Services will conclude at the funeral home.
