David Wayne Parker, of La Coste passed away November 7, 2024 at the age of 61. He was born February 7, 1963 in San Antonio, Texas to Billy Jack Parker and Marilyn Hall Parker.

In 1981, David graduated from McCallum High School. After high school, he went to work in building construction and became a paint and drywall contractor. On August 27, 1983, David married Cheryl Lynn Harrop in Pearsall, Texas. They were blessed forty-one years of marriage and three sons.

Survivors include his wife, Cheryl of La Coste; sons and daughters-in-law, Trenton of La Coste, Colton and Jennifer of Augusta, South Carolina, and Landon and Victoria of Hondo; grandson, Blake; brother and sister-in-law, Douglas and Lurah of Natalia; and sister and brother-in-law, Crystal and Adrian of Bulverde.

David was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on November 23, 2024 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 1691 US Hwy 90, Hondo, Texas 78861.

Fellowship will be held at Hermann Sons Life Hall, 251 TX-173, Hondo, TX 78861.
