Charles Lee Belohlavek, of Castroville, passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 64. He was born June 2, 1959 in San Antonio, Texas to John Charles Belohlavek and Minnie Beatrice Munselle Belohlavek.

Charles graduated from McCollum High School in 1977. On September 28, 1979, Charles married Susan Baxter in San Antonio. They were blessed with forty-four years of marriage and two children. He was a journeyman electrician and retired in 2021. Charles was a member of the IBEW local #60.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Belohlavek; daughter, Amanda Belohlavek-Zavala; son and daughter-in-law, Bracken and Megan Belohlavek all of Castroville; grandchildren, Kaylee Zavala, Becca Zavala, Kennady Zavala, Abby Belohlavek, and grandchild #5 on the way; sister, Linda Jo Belohlavek of Devine.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Friday, January 12, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
