Betty Lue Johnson, of San Antonio passed away July 17, 2024 at the age of 85. She was born August 8, 1938 in Leakey, Texas to Arnett Ambrose Haby and Della Ruth Wallis Haby.

Survivors include her daughter, Ciarda Johnson; grandchildren, Tava Johnson, Angie Williams (Pat Holbrook), and Bobby Joe Higgs; great-grandchildren, Dominick and Zoren Johnson, Brady Williams, Joshua Penney, Dakota Cserend, Ashley, Devon, and Cameron Higgs; four great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Pat Haby.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roy Johnson; sons, Eddie Whittley and Joe Whittley; grandchildren, Jeffery Whittley and James Penney; siblings, Dan Haby, J.L. Haby, and Patsy Wilson.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 26, 2024 at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Castroville Community Cemetery in Castroville, Texas.
