Antonia Botello Lugo, of Castroville, Texas, passed away July 28, 2025 at the age of 79. She was born September 7, 1945 in Castroville, Texas, to Jose 'Joe' Botello, Jr. and Margarita Tovar Botello.

Survivors include her children, Roger Lugo of Castroville, Connie Flemons (Wallace) of Castroville, Maria Valles (Morris) of Hondo, Juan Lugo (Luisa) of Vernon, Leonard Lugo of Castroville, Josh Lugo (Elizabeth) of San Antonio, Donna Camp (William) of Castroville, and Pearl Bosquez (Ruben) of Castroville; twenty-one grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; siblings, Roland Botello, Dianna Botello, Mary Luz Solis, and Vickie Gonzales.

Antonia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joaquin M. Lugo; children, Yolanda Murguia and Joaquin Lugo, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Rachel Lugo; siblings, Mario Botello, Catarino Botello, Reyes Botello, and Leo Botello.

A Memorial Service will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1691 US Hwy 90, Hondo, Texas.
