Aimee Rene Harley Ahr of Castroville, passed away on June 12, 2022 at the age of 48. She was born May 13, 1974 in Santa Ana, California to Wayne Richard Harley and Lisa Diane Reed Harley.

Aimee attended high school in Tyler, Texas, then Tyler Junior College, and Texas State Technical College in Waco. She worked many years as a surveyor and as a landman in the oil and gas industry in Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio, and Colorado. On November 7, 2002, she married Steven Wayne Ahr in Littleton, Colorado.

Survivors include her husband, Steven Ahr of Castroville; children, Asia Pratka of Houston, Ivey Pratka of Seguin, Amelia Pratka of Tyler, Wyatt Ahr of Castroville, and Eli Ahr of Castroville; grandchildren, Catherine McDowell, Elliot Weir, and Beckett Konsire; siblings, Athena Harley of Medford, Oregon, and Aaron Harley of San Marcos; grandmother, Arliss Bottom of Fort Worth; and parents-in-law, Lindy and Maureen Ahr of Castroville.

Aimee was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be Monday, June 27, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home with a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
